Activate the joints and muscles to become limber and increase balance during this exercise class. Have your dumbbells, water bottles, soup cans or towels ready to use for resistance. Trainer: Mary Breyette, CCE Clinton Senior Fitness Educator

This is a hybrid online/in-person program. Join us at the Senior Planet center in Plattsburgh and exercise with peers along with a live trainer on the big screen!
